This app shuts audio off after 10 minutes. Its a brand new Galaxy S25 and every other meditation app I have can run over an hour continuous. I emailed the company twice with no answer. The app description states you can download your paid session for offline use but that doesn't work either. Essentially I paid $100 for frustration and poor customer service.
The App is just pure gold. First i want to start by talking about how great 9D breathe work is, when you take those head phones for the first time your mind is blown. I have had moments of laughter, tears that I've held in for years just from 3 months of working myself. I can honestly say if your someone who struggles on a day to day basis this is best thing you can do for yourself. the body knows what emotions you are holding onto and 9D breathe work helps facilitate that.The 9D breathe work has various things on there, from short journeys to 45 minute + i prefer these to help dig out buried emotions from many years of suppression
I downloaded and tried a free 5 minute relaxation exercise. The breathwork part was rudimentary (breathe in 4sec, hold 2 sec, out 6sec) while the instructive voice mainly focused on affirmations, which was not what I had been looking for. But the bit that troubled me the most was the multiple layers of softer voices, underneath the main voice, partly echoing but partly also saying other words, which I had difficulty catching with my conscious mind. That felt intrusive, so I cut it short and erased.
This blows my mind… that I can have the power of healing in my hand. Not only having breathwork journeys near me, I love that I can find a facilitator and journey for wherever I travel. 9D Breathwork is so incredibly powerful for healing emotional baggage and trauma. Since I’ve been using it, I feel like a lifetime of layers of negativity and limited thinking has melted away.
The 9D Breathwork experience is one of a kind. Ever since I started breathing 9D, my life is changing for the better. I gained clarity, I now persevere when I used to give up, I'm making leaps in my personal development and outlook on life. I claimed my sovereignty and I feel free.
I've been a breathwork and movement specialist for 40 years and the workshop I went to had a facilitator that couldn't explain anything properly because too much reliance on a noisy, crass (they say the f word..I'm a fan of the word.. but not professionally) fitting too much in so it's just annoying. They don't do any one thing correctly or professionally. Then the expense for both customer and anyone looking to get certified is ludicrous. Take a pass folks and find actual experts in breathwork, meditation and spiritual growth. This is an isult to all the aformentioned
