I didn’t know what to expect with this company I was unfamiliar with and was so happy to see positive reviews. I just wanted to add my own exceptional experience with this company. Not only was I able to reach a very nice and helpful person on the phone to confirm the product was in stock, I had no issues with my order and everything arrived in perfect condition on the promised delivery date. These European products are hard to come by stateside and I had been looking for this particular German nail file for years. It’s the best I had ever had and mine broke. I was so happy to find Beautyways. I added some extra stuff to reach the very reasonable free shipping threshold and got some beautiful French milled soaps as well. They are so nice that even though I got them for a future gift, I’m keeping for myself and I’ll just have to order more around the holidays. Excellent products, customer service and delivery. 5 stars all the way!
Took a chance on this company and ordered over $130 worth of items I could not find anywhere else online. Shipping was super fast within just a few days. And all the completely authentic products arrived perfectly packed and in great condition. Will definitely order again from this fantastic company.
I ordered Johnny B GEL Control (Super Hold) Styling Gel 16oz WITH PUMP (Reference: SKU004560) as advertised on their web-site. They sent me with NO PUMP. I emailed and contacted them, they email back and said in the email that ""Unfortunately, the Super Hold did not come with a pump". It is not true since their web-site advertise with the pump picture. That is terrible customer service. I will never buy anything from their web-site any more since this is a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
ordered some French liquid black olive (real ones) soaps for cleaning our house and laundry + liquid olive oil body showers/bath soaps from France at a very attractive price for the quality. It was my first order to this Company, it was delivered on time a few days after. All went perfect. Will buy again for sure!
I shopped at beautyways for a single item that I was struggling to find on other sites. I must admit I'm always cautious about using sites that I've not heard of before - however I was really happy with my experience!
