The product appears to be of good quality, though I haven’t had a chance to verify the weight just yet. There was a brief issue where it seemed my order and payment weren’t noticed until I followed up about an hour before the cutoff time — despite having sent payment around 2:00 a.m. That said, the seller was very responsive once contacted and handled everything quickly and professionally. Overall, a solid experience and a seller who clearly cares about good communication.
I once rated them a five. Today it's a one. Customer service is non-existent, hounded every channel, one disinterested reply and then ghosted. placed an order just after Friday cutoff and Monday, Tuesday, still doesn't seem to have made it to fedex. Coinbase portal is a nightmare, just generate your own BTC wallet ffs. All in all a total fail this time. Hope I didn't get exit scammed and lose $300.
