We used your service on our vacation in…

We used your service on our vacation in Romania and Germany. The drivers were great. This transfer in London was an extremely bad experience. Driver showed up with wrong vehicle. We were 3 adults and 3 children, driver told us another vehicle was coming. 30 minutes later, no car and emergency telephone not working. Finally got through to the first driver. Said the company went out of business. We had to Uber to get to our destination. We used you last year. Same thing in London. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR services in London. Everywhere else it was great.

We used this service in Germany and they were terrific. Our previous review which was about our London Transfer, was incorrect as it was supplied by a different company. Sorry for any miscommunication. Would highly recommend this service.

Good communication and reasonable price

Arslan contacted us 10 min before 0500 pickup to let us know he’d be on time. Very reassuring when going to the airport with no time for problems. 5 of us arrived comfortably with zero problems. Fare was reasonable and comfortable to train with door-to-door service.

Great airport transfer at decent price

We arrived Frankfurt in June 30 and was told to meet at b2 door but we can’t find but standing at a2 door. The driver so kind to walk to us and pick us up. Service was great and the ride is comfy for 3 of us with 6 luggage’s . On July 2, we decided to engage their service again to airport again it was amazing great experience with them. Highly recommended !

All worked very well

The ride was very smooth and the pick-up did work very well. We communicated the pick-up time with the driver via WhatsApp and text messages. Also the booking via e-mail exchange was very easy. I will use A1 Airport Transfer again.
