We used this service for return transfers from Frankfurt Airport to Wurzburg. On the outward journey the driver had some difficulty opening the rear of the vehicle to put the luggage in. He was however most apologetic and resolved the problem. On the return journey the driver was late as he was sent to a restaurant instead of our hotel. It was difficult to communicate with him as his English was not great. We asked a German friend to speak to him but he also had difficulty with German.
Easy to book and work with for a Frankfurt airport transfer! Driver was a few minutes late but communicated that and we purposely requested a slightly earlier pickup for this reason. Driver was friendly and car was very clean. Would certainly use again.
We have used A1 twice, for our transfer from Frankfurt to Baden Baden and back. Booking was very easy, communication via email and whatsapp was seamless, the car quality and the support offered by our driver were top notch, making the family trip as smooth as possible. We booked a ride from Frankfurt Airport to Wiesbaden. 5 weeks in Advance inclusive Golf luggage. All good, they keeped me informed via email and we got. the Name of the driver and the Phone number on the Transport day. Our Flight was 40 min delayed but no Problem they Managed it. Nice Vito and driver parked in Front of the arrival, so no way to Go. All in all very good and I can recommend.
