Highly disappointing service.

Highly disappointing service. The company did not deliver my order for over 5 weeks and is unwilling to accept any responsibility. Customer support is disrespectful, unresponsive, and disregards repeated inquiries. They laughed when I asked for a complaint form and threatened to block me if I continued to request it. Now I have to seek legal help to get my money back. This situation is entirely unacceptable. I highly advise ordering from a different service. This feels like a complete scam.

Completely unsatisfactory experience

Completely unsatisfactory experience. The service failed to deliver my order for over 5 weeks and refuses to take any responsibility. Customer support is disrespectful, unresponsive, and ignores repeated inquiries. They made jokes about my request for a complaint form and threatened to block me if I kept asking. Now I have to involve a lawyer to recover my money. This is utterly unacceptable. I strongly suggest ordering from another provider. This feels like a total scam.

A very frustrating experience

Unfortunately, my order was mistakenly sent to one location while I live in another. I have been following up daily to have it redirected, but this has proven to be challenging.
