Our driver Mr Naveed was on time and had to wait slightly for us to check out at the hotel. He politely called to confirm the exact pickup point 15min ahead of time and that gave us the assurance that our transport would be there when we were ready. Thank you Mr Naveed for being so helpful to help us load and unload our heavy luggage.
This is an excellent service! I was picked up on time on arrival and departure, and departure pickup was at 4 am, 1 hour 20 minutes from FRA. Both drivers were professional, courteous and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe with this service. Both vehicles were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend A1!
The transfer with A1 was impeccable. Despite the delay in our flight, we did not expect them to pick us up and transport us from Frankfurt airport to Heidelberg. Without a second thought, we will choose A1 again for our next transfers
