Real crap ai oh my god completely waste of money Edit: I contacted the company twice after their reply here on Trustpilot, as they themselves invited a dialogue in their response.I have still not received any reply in 2 days. This makes it difficult to take their invitation to dialogue seriously when there is no follow-up after I actually try to contact them.I even purchased a subscription and recorded a video demonstrating the errors and problems with the results, specifically to help them understand the issue. Despite that effort, there has still been no response.I am therefore updating my review to note that I have not heard anything from the company, even after multiple attempts to reach them
Managed to get what i feel i paid for BUT i feel it was oure luck. The AI is very very glitchy and does randone odd crap. Takes 10 times re running a task to get one video i settled for as ok. Very annoying to post a very clear pic of person....she does a 360 and is a completly different person even in a differet outfit. If it pans off that persons face it will not be the same person again.
Subscriptions are a scam. The Ai isnt bad, its not good either. But the real problem is how slow it is after you subscribe. I tested this repeatedly, as a $50 Max subscriber generations take an hour. As a Free user who spend tokens to generate they take a couple minutes. Faster than I could ever replicate as a top tier subscriber. And they claim you get "High Priority" with top tier. No, its a scam. It makes sense from a business perspective, nickel and dime people with tokens and they make more money. But its 100% a scam when they claim top tier subcribers get priority and the service is barely usable.
I actually like a2e, I wouldn't marry it but there are aspects of what it offers I like, also I had a rather substantial billing issue and was somewhat trepadascious, but it was fixed so fast and the person I communicated with was very cool , so that impressed me
