Disappointing experience with the service

I paid a significant amount for evaluations related to mental health and arthritis, yet all I received was frustration. I still had to attend all my VA exams, and the psychologist's incompetence nearly jeopardized my employability, making me appear incapable of managing daily tasks. Comments like 'The Veteran is employed but struggles with complex tasks' put my job at risk. When I raised concerns, there was no accountability taken, and it felt like they simply took my money without providing the promised service. This service seems to exploit veterans seeking disability increases, prioritizing their financial gain over genuinely helping those with complex situations. Additionally, they appear to adjust their terms to avoid liability. It's truly disheartening.

I invested $3200 for support and received nothing

I invested $3200 for assistance with a mental health DBQ and an arthritis DBQ, but it resulted in nothing. I still had to attend all my VA C&P exams, and the psychologist's incompetence nearly led to an unemployable status with the VA, making me seem unable to live independently. Statements like 'The Veteran is employed but has challenges completing complex tasks' jeopardized my employment and could have led to financial disaster. When I raised my concerns, there was zero accountability, and they simply took my money as if they had provided competent service. This service exploits veterans seeking disability increases, knowing the VA process is taxing and time-consuming. They seem more focused on their financial gain than on genuinely helping veterans with complex cases. Additionally, they modify their terms to avoid any liability. It's truly disheartening.

Veterans deserve better — $3,500 wasted with no accountability

I paid $3,500 for assistance with a VA disability claim. Despite following their process and submitting the necessary DBQ, my claim was denied. A Higher-Level Review, managed by a lawyer they referred me to (for additional fees), was also denied. When I sought a refund, I was ignored for days. Only after escalating my request did they respond, ultimately denying my refund and confirming via email that they would not assist further. I requested a copy of my signed contract and an itemized list of services, but none have been provided. I have since filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the state Attorney General. This service claims to focus on veterans but offers no support after a denial and deflects all responsibility. Veterans deserve better than high fees and minimal service.

No increase in benefits despite years of service

No increase in benefits or changes after 20 years of service, and I find myself $5,000 in debt.

Poor communication and unethical refund practices

I’m really let down by my experience. Communication was excellent prior to payment — they responded quickly and everything felt professional. This gave me the confidence to pay the full amount of $2,695 upfront. However, after payment, communication drastically declined. I scheduled my appointment, submitted all required documents, and then... silence. Multiple messages via email, text, and phone went unanswered as I sought clarity on next steps. I had to chase them down for a response, and only after requesting a refund did someone finally acknowledge me. Now, they claim they can deduct a significant portion of my refund, even though the contract makes no mention of any cancellation fees. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. If you consider working with them, proceed with caution.

Warning: Do not trust this service

Warning! They will lead you to believe they can secure a 100% disability for veterans. This is not true! First, they expect you to do all the legwork, gathering your medical records and contacting the VA. After a month, they reassign you to another representative who puts you through the same process. Once they claim they can help, they demand over $3,000 before assigning you to their doctors. After waiting for appointments, I was told they could not process my case and that my refund would take 2 to 3 weeks. When I followed up, I was told they had sent it, but my bank reported no record. They promised a call back, but only after delays. I am concerned that this might be a scam targeting veterans.
