Quick Response

Very quick to respond to emails when enquiring about items within the same day and helped me change the size of my item even though I already made the order but the issue was fixed quickly before it was dispatched.

Abaya’s

I bought two abaya’s initially, I loved the quality of both abaya’s, therefore I was tempted to purchase another one so I did. I bought one for occasional wear and one for everyday use. Both are really pretty.

"Misleading Product Description and Poor Customer Service"

I purchased the chiffon hijabs from Aaliya Collections, expecting them to be soft and breathable as described on their website. However, upon opening the package, it was clear that the hijabs were made of georgette, not chiffon. In fact, there was a sticker on the packaging stating they were georgette, despite the website claiming otherwise.As someone with very sensitive skin, I cannot wear georgette due to its rough texture and lack of breathability. I emailed the company immediately to address this issue, but two weeks have passed with no response. Frustrated, I had to escalate the matter by opening a dispute with PayPal.I regret not reading reviews about this company beforehand. This experience has been disappointing, and I will not be purchasing from them again.

Cheap quality yet expensive?

Return policy is bad. I bought two of the same abayas and opened one. The quality was very bad especially for the price even on sale. The stitching, fabric, fit was poor. I left the 2nd abaya still in originally packaging not been opened. Yet still cannot return. £70 wasted.

Very disappointed with the refund…

Very disappointed with the refund customer care.I received an abaya which was clearly damaged upon arrival, pictures were sent and a returns label was received which meant I could send it back.Having now sent it back with proof of postage and I can see it was delivered to them on the 14th of November over two weeks ago. When I have gone back to enquire about the refund and confirmation of the abaya being returned they have gone to radio silence.No one answers the phone number or responds to emails. When I have received a response a few days ago they were claiming they had not received the abaya, after attaching the tracking number and my evidence of postage.Now left out of pocket of £54.99Update: the refund has now been issued on the 3rd of December after posting this review. I should not be chasing a refund and having to message across multiple platforms (text, call, email, Instagram, review) in order to get a quick response. I still would not be shopping here again due to the lack of customer care.

Another great purchase alhamdullilah

I know I recently wrote a review on this company but wanted to update after a new arrival today alhamdullilah.So today I recieved the Zoya abaya and the matching white slip dress. Wow I think this could be my new nearly fav ma sha Allah seconded by Nurul but none I love more then my Nesrine abaya. This abaya is seriously beautiful, the complexity of the design and beadwork on the arms is so so pretty alhamdullilah making the abaya look and feel as luxurious as it is. The material is lightweight and silky. The slip dress (I have one alhamdullilah previously so was confident in ordering white) is of excellent quality. As with all white clothes I would advise to wear something underneath for modesty however the quality and lining ensures you get the maximum coverage. I think it's a real shame that some people are giving negative feedback because the hijabs are non refundable, this is made clear when you order and honestly I am reassured by this as I order hijabs from here and am glad that I can trust the ones I recieve have not been worn by someone previously. Could you imagine if someone with a lice infestation tried it on and eggs were transfered ya Allah 😱 I mean I'm not even sure that's possible 😅 but I would rather not find out. Would give extra stars for the non refundable hijab policy if I could! Saving for Ava and Dana in sha Allah 😁🤞🏻.Quick note on Mina - on sale now I bought one of these alhamdullilah I think was my second purchase and I am very glad I did with the winter weather coming, this abaya is thicker and I love pairing this over baggy jeans and a long modest tunic which has been a go to for a quick easy out the door outfit on colder days.

my favourite abaya store online…

I think the last 3 years maybe or so i have been purchasing abayas from aaliyas collection and they have never let me down. Delivery is super fast within 2-3 days sometimes even next.. i also love their service they have helped me with one of my orders recently and really happy with their response in direct emails. I have always shared their online website and would definitely recommend in buying their beautiful abayas! Disappointing Customer Service and Unreliable Return Policy

I recently purchased 5 hijabs from this store, hoping to find some that would match my outfits. I decided to keep 2 and return the other 3, which were still sealed in their original packaging. I reached out to the Aaliyah Collections within 14-days, but my return request was refused due to hygiene reasons (These hijabs were never removed from their pakaging). Since then, I have tried to follow up, but my messages have gone unanswered.I'm very disappointed with the lack of responsiveness. This experience has shown extremely poor customer service. I will not be shopping here again and would not recommend this store to others.Update 20/11/2024Aaliyah Collections did eventually refund me for the unwanted hijabs after the review was written therefore will change it to 3 stars. The hijabs are lovely, shame about the customer experience.
