I purchased the Dusty Rose Embroidered Sleeve Abaya which was perfect and looked just like the picture colour slightly darker but still beautiful and nice fabric I also purchased the Linen Open Abaya in walnut colour also really lovely for the price only the finishing was really bad because the threads were coming out everywhere had to cut them all off but colour and style is nice like the photo
10/4/25 I bought several abayas and I kept a few. I emailed the team to let them know which one I wanted to return. They got back to me straight away. I got the walnut sequin abaya and it is stunning. Thank you for a great product and a even better service. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Payed 6.65 for a return treated me aa if im one of the workers which is shocking Payed 3.99 for return delivery and no respone from them whatsoever. Edit adter I read the reply I was dying of laughter as they said incomplete address as I've put the same address as my first time ordering and it's been over 2 weeks and no package arriving in I will be in talks with PayPal.
They are extremely unprofessional, offer terrible customer service and have breached GDPR regulations by publicly disclosing my husband’s full name and our location without consent. They also took weeks to refund us after multiple emails sent!Here’s a detailed account of our experience:2nd April – I first contacted them requesting an exchange or refund. I later confirmed that I wanted a full refund and asked them to provide a return label.3rd April – Aaliya provided a return address.8th April – I contacted them again after tracking showed that the abaya had been delivered. I asked how the refund would take. No response was received.16th April – I emailed once more with proof of delivery, requesting an immediate refund and highlighting the complete lack of communication since returning the item.I also messaged them twice on Instagram, politely asking for someone to respond to my return query. Both messages were ignored and later deleted by them.16th April – My husband emailed them directly, stating he had not received a refund or any communication.17th April – They responded to my husband’s email, asking for the tracking number, which he provided.19th April – They replied stating that an exchange would be shipped out, despite clear communication that we had requested a full refund, not an exchange.19th April – My husband reiterated in writing that a full refund was required, as documented on the return slip and in multiple emails.21st April – I left a truthful negative review on Trustpilot explaining our experience. It was approved and posted at 00:27am (early on 22nd April).I also tagged the company on Instagram Stories, sharing the facts about the unresolved refund.22nd April – In response to my Instagram stories, they falsely claimed the refund had been processed “days ago” (it had not). My husband provided evidence that the refund was only processed on 21st April.They also denied ignoring us, despite clear evidence that they stopped replying after providing the return address to me.They repeatedly asked me to delete my Trustpilot review, I said I would only edit it once the refund had been properly issued.They accused me of leaving negative comments on their posts, which is false, I simply asked for a response to my emails.Another customer had similar complaints, and I replied to her saying they had been ignoring me too.24th April – We finally received the refund. I informed them of this. Yet again, they pressured me to delete my review.29th April – As I refused to delete the review, they retaliated by breaching GDPR laws: they publicly responded to my Trustpilot review by disclosing my husband’s full name and the area we live in - private information they obtained through our order details.This entire experience has been deeply unprofessional, concerning and a serious breach of data protection regulations and I sought legal advice. They have since edited their review and taken the name & location off. Just shocked by their behaviour and the manner in which they carried themselves.I have email evidence/screenshots from Instagram and proof of every interaction with them, so I don’t understand how they can claim I was not ignored.I would advise against ordering as a lot of people have also experienced the same as is evident in the 1* reviews below.
