We hosted our first event of the quarter this September and partnered with Aberdeen Broadcast Services for AI captioning after connecting with their team at the CSU + UC Event Professionals Network Conference. Working with Tony Baltayan and Matthew Day was a fantastic experience — they made the process seamless and supported us every step of the way as we introduced this new accessibility feature. Working with the folks at Aberdeen to find an affordable Closed Captioning solution has been a pleasure and their customer service is second to none. From the first day I requested information they were quick to respond and were eager to provide an exact-fit solution for my live captioning needs. They continue to check in periodically to make sure we are happy and are available 24/7 if we have any issues.
