Problems with delivery

Updated: I received my order in the end. I wish though that AY customer service offers better support when it comes to dealing with unreliable post service / carriers. They didn’t really give feedback information or seemed as if that kind of complaint is ordinary for them . If the local post service is unreliable then you should change the postal partnerHorrible experience. I never received my order (ayhr-637-252574843) . I called customer service twice and they promised to contact the Croatian Post. I don't know if they did this, but nothing happened and nobody sent any feedback to me. It was as if I never called. They are polite on the phone, but they do nothing to help you. I also wrote two e-mails and never received any response besides automatic answer.I am now filing a refund claim through Paypal. I have no idea where my order is as it has been stuck for days now and at this point I just want my money back. I am surprised that this has happened with such a well-known company with whom I have previously had good experiences.I am very disappointed and I will never order from them anymore
