The ordering process was simple and clear. Overall, the purchasing experience was very positive. I plan to continue using the AboutYou website.However, I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the delivery service provider (Hrvatska Pošta). My parcels are not delivered to the address specified during checkout. Instead, they are redirected to a local post office located 10 to 15 km away, which is highly inconvenient.
