Love crocs and they do good deals and free shipping, however when it comes to returns, although they are free which is a rarity, they only give you Royal Mail print yourself. I had to run around town to get a label printed at a cost, I’ve never come across any company that doesn’t offer choices depending on the customers accessibility. I emailed about it and never received a response, which is off putting. I wouldn’t order off the direct website again for these reasons.
The local store is disappointing. The checkout staff seem completely unaware of retail practices. They insisted on charging me £55 for crocs that were clearly marked at £41.99 on sale. They were firm that there was a pricing error, and I was forced to pay £55. I chose to leave and abandoned the crocs on the counter.
My partner purchased a pair of shoes for me, and just two months later, they started to tear. There have been several reported issues with this model, and my partner reached out to request a replacement or refund since they were still under warranty. We received no response. I followed up to express my dissatisfaction, only to get a reply stating that they were out of warranty and offering a 20% discount voucher. This is completely unacceptable. At the time the issue arose, they were still covered by warranty.
The customer service is truly appalling! Every time I try to use the chat, I get disconnected, and their contact number doesn't work. My order was incomplete, and although a replacement was processed, I was informed by the delivery service that insufficient payment was made for shipping. They consistently ignore my attempts to reach out! I'm now contacting my card provider! Absolutely unacceptable service!

After explaining everything again, I received conflicting tracking numbers. I asked them to confirm the contents of the second shipment, but they told me to contact the courier. I questioned how the courier would know since the company fulfilled the shipment. After waiting for a response, the bot returned with a generic reply. The 'live agent' ended the chat without providing essential information about my order. They should know what they shipped, especially with multiple packages. My order is marked as completed on their site. I will attempt to reach out again, and if unresolved, I'll contact my bank.
