Review Time
So, I ordered a few times from this company & only one time I had bad experience (I got info that a package was shipped but it wasn't, so I waited for the delivery almost a month) which got resolved through their costumer service & they refunded me completely for the undelivered order. For that reason 4 stars ('cause if they didn't send me confusing info about the package I could have contact customer service earlier), other than that everything was as advertised.
I never received a refund for the returned package.I contacted sluzbazakorisnike @ aboutyou. hr a dozen times... and every time I get the same answer: Thank you for contacting About You customer support. I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay in your refund. I can confirm that your inquiry has been forwarded to the relevant finance department, and kindly ask for your patience while we await feedback. It has been going on for more than 3 months
Good experience with About you delivery and return in Croatia. Fast delivery with several options for pick up. It was very important to me that there was a possibility of a return and whether it would be done correctly and in a short time. I received my refund quickly and the whole process was correct. I had previously asked my friends who had already ordered from About you in Croatia and that influenced me to order from them too.
