Review Time
The quality was great, soft with good padding, but it was difficult to adjust the back to different positions. Their website claims that it easily shifts from a 90° upright seat to a fully reclined 180°, but this was not our experience. At first we thought it was defective because we could not get it to adjust at all, it would only lay flat but after fighting with it back and forth, we were finally able to get it to stay in a good position we liked and that's where we left it, so I'm not sure if ours was maybe defective or we just didn't know how to properly adjust it to different positions. There were no instructions included.
We purchased 2 lounge chairs for our two boys to use for movie watching, etc. These were “Santa presents” that we purchased on Black Friday during a sale. Unfortunately, only one was able to shipped out and the other was going to be delayed and not make it before Christmas. I reached out to Andy at the customer service email address and he was able to get back to me super quickly and we were able to figure out a solution to make sure we had 2 chairs arrive in time for Christmas. The kids love the chairs….(I also find myself using them when the kids are not hogging them!). My youngest even came up to me and my husband to say, “those chairs are really cool.” We are very happy with our purchase.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the best customer service with this company. I encountered some issues with the levers on my chair and immediately reached out for assistance. From the very first interaction, their customer service team was exceptionally responsive, keeping in constant communication to understand and address my concerns. They worked to send my replacement parts. Out of all the sellers on Amazon and I use Amazon a lot this has been the absolute best experience. What truly stood out was their commitment to ensuring that my experience was nothing short of excellent. They patiently worked with me every step of the way, demonstrating care to ensure resolving my issue. Chairs are very comfortable I definitely recommend them!!! November 2024
The color I wanted was backorder, so they texted me within 24 hours to see if I wanted a different color. They said 5 weeks for delivery, and it was almost to the day.Great color, super comfortable, lightweight and easy to adjust. Little to no setup; the cushion is not attached to the support part, but i unzipped the cushion and slid it inside. My only complaint (which is very minor) is that at 5'7 I can't sit with my legs fully extended. Very happy with my purchase.I never write reviews, but I was nervous that the entire website was a scam so I want to reassure others who might be hesitant.
The order came fast! It was easy to put together and very easy to put in the position needed to relax. The blue color reminds me more of a jean jacket, but it matches my home and pillows. My first night I slept in it and slept like a baby. Great product, thank you! And great customer service!
