I am very satisfied with shopping on your website. Orders arrive quickly, and if something doesn’t suit me, I can easily return the product and get my money back.
What has impressed me most recently is that when I was buying winter jackets, I was given the option to have two sizes sent to me and return the one that didn’t fit — a very thoughtful gesture.
I also often receive discounts.

PROS: Free returns and shipping, excellent and fast customer service (when needed, which is not at all often), the app works smoothly, very reasonable prices, discount coupons and promotions, all sizes (even the large ones!) CONS: It would be nice to have user reviews on individual products, but even as it is I really like it, a serious and reliable app, recommended!
0/10 Would not recommend.Ordered shoes, 3 days after that, I got message that the shoes were given to the delivery service and will be delivered.I waited 6 more days, it was 3 days after the delivery date, so i called them...'Something went wrong' - they will look into it.I get a mail at midnight that the item cannot be delivered and i'll get my money back.I call them - they say that there's nothing they can do. They just say i can order them again.The size of the shoes i wanted is now out of stock and cannot order them.One day later i get another message that they will actually be delivered.I call them again, they say that this was a mailing issue and that i will not be getting my shoes.What the actual...Probably the worst customer experience so far on any online shop.12 days wasted waiting for my shoes.
I’ve been their customer since day one, but recently I’ve noticed that refunds have been taking much longer—though still technically within the 14-day window. However, I now have an issue with one particular order. I returned two items, and it’s been over three weeks since they received my return, yet I still haven’t received my refund, even though the app shows it as processed. They have been completely ignoring my emails. At this point, I can confidently say they’ve lost a loyal customer, and I will be pursuing legal action.
I like using About You, especially for searching for some pieces that i am more interested in, as well as being able to filter by materials. I wish this feature would be more available, also in the outlet. i appreciate the possibility to try on a couple of sizes and return what is not fitting me. the shipment and returns process is really smooth : )
