This product came highly recommended, and I was eager to receive it quickly. Unfortunately, it was back-ordered, but the support team reached out and suggested an alternative model. The shipping process was a bit challenging, as they attempted delivery during a time when I wasn't home. Rescheduling was frustrating since I couldn't get updates from the last-mile carrier. I contacted the support team, and they responded promptly, assuring me they would liaise with the carrier. They took the initiative, and I eventually received the product, which works and looks fantastic! I appreciate the team's effort in expediting the delivery process. This is where true customer service shines! When faced with challenges, do you care enough to resolve issues for your customers? They certainly did for me! Well done to the team!

I received a coiling USB-C cable that broke after a month. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times over a few months, but they have ignored all my requests. I wouldn’t recommend them. It's frustrating to feel unheard.
