Towels not what are advertised

Don’t expect towels to turn up looking like they are advertised!My ‘Silver’ towels were actually a dusty pinky- grey colour.Was basically told I should have ordered a facecloth first to see the exact colour and that the cost of postage would be deductible from any refund.Not being convinced I would get a refund will use for my dogs as that are all they are good for.There not the same Egyptian quality towels they advertise and overall extremely poor responses from customer services.Avoid, and don't waste your money buying from this company.
