The shipping was prompt, and I’m generally happy with the bed. However, I didn't rate it 5 stars due to a cosmetic issue. The fabric wrap doesn’t align properly at the end near the label/tag, and there's a loose thread that worries me about potential unraveling. I've documented the stitching issue with a photo, which I can share if the manufacturer wishes to look into it.
The bed arrived exactly as anticipated. The company kept me informed with multiple emails regarding shipping and delivery, including updates on two separate shipments. It appears to be well-crafted, and I've been enjoying its comfort over the past week.
Did a lot of research on mattresses before placing my order for my WinkBed mattress. I purchased a Nectar mattress five years ago but over time it seems to be loosing it’s firmness and I was waking up with back and leg pain. Although I was apprehensive about ordering another mattress without trying it, the return policy on WinkBed mattresses seemed like the most straightforward. I received my mattress six days after placing my order and I could not be happier with my purchase. I got the king luxury firm and it is so comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. It strikes a perfect balance. And the good news, from the first night I slept on it I no longer wake up with leg or back pain.
I ordered the luxury firm as I like a soft mattress and my boyfriend likes a firmwr mattress. After 1 week I knew it was roo firm. As soon as the 30 day trial was over I contacted winkbed and they sent me a replacement. The soft is so much better! Highly recommend 5he soft for anyone who does not like a very firm mattress. The soft is still firm but not too firm.
The bed is good, good, fast delivery. However, the coordination for the bed removal and set up was TERRIBLE (LoadUp). I live in a rural area so there are not a lot of options for this type of service BUT they waited until the day of, to find someone to come out and set up my bed. They finally found a company THREE days later - with 4 hour window options for them to come out. Loadup would not offer me a refund if they could not come up.WinkBeds did offer me a refund for the set up and removal service but they followed up with Loadup for me, so that company is good. They should not partner with Loadup.
