David, the owner responded to me directly when I had a problem with USPS Ground Advantage not delivering my package to my mailbox, instead it said it was delivered to a Parcel Locker. David said that he had seen this before and it is usually delivered to the correct address the next day. Sure enough, that's exactly what happened. He also said that if USPS somehow failed to deliver that he would help me any way he could. He was courteous, quick to respond, and offered a solution even though it wasn't his/Academic Chem Lab's fault. Top notch customer service, great products and what else could you ask for? 5 Stars!
