Horrible customer service. The "tax coaches" take hours to read your messages, then don't respond.Edit: Yes, you did respond within one day to my initial inquiry. However, the response directed me to an article that was not helpful. When I replied and said the article did not help, it took two hours for the message to be read, then I was ignored. At the rate messages are read and responded to, it will take at least a week to work through a simple inquiry that should be addressed within minutes. I am switching to Quickbooks and was able to chat interactively with their support in real time. Accountable does not present as a professional, capable service. In addition to slow chat response times, there is a glitch with my January VAT filing. I will not be able to file through the software, and based off of my experience, it is not worth the time it will take to seek assistance from customer service. I was hopeful for something German-based to work out, and prices are low which is great, but I am disappointed.
