Started out as a surprisingly pleasant experience, all in English, very helpful for a beginning freelancer unfamiliar with German tax law. However every update breaks the app a bit more. Several critical bugs are not addressed, and annoying UX bugs that support tells me will not be addressed.now a new critical bug (all my expenses deleted), no immediate support to handle, makes me question their reliability.
My main bank account stopped syncing over two weeks ago, and support still hasn’t fixed it. They call it a “hard problem to solve”, which makes me doubt the reliability of the software and their troubleshooting capacity. I paid for a yearly plan I can’t use and was only offered a free month for a software that may or may not work for me in the future. I don’t even want to imagine if this happened around a tax filing deadline. Won’t use again.
