It works ok when everything is normal

It works ok when everything is normal, but should you have a problem the customer service is very slow. Their system doesn't recognise my payments and so I don't have full functionality. This is really damaging me and no one fixes it.

Responsive support

The help desk is responsive, knowledgeable and follows-up. As a one-person company I am very relieved to have them by my side. All of my questions get an answer, even if in hindsight it seems rather obvious in nature.
