Dear Stonewall Capital, is it that hard to withdraw 20K USD to my crypto account? You need another 15K USD to withdraw, but I paid it partially and you said the system cannot read that and have to pay another 15K USD. I have contacted Pak Samuel, Bu Sarah +447347110028 and Nigel Dorthemery from Stone Wall Capital, and there is no solution in the end. They said then you lost the account an the money. Please help to proceed.

I started the online trading on 1 Aug 2025, But, I did not receive a large withdrawal submitted on 4 Dec 2025 and I cancelled it on 23 Jan 2026 hoping to redo withdrawals in small amounts. To make matters worse, on November 2, 2024, closed my account without my consent, citing “inactivity,” even though I had already lost almost all of my capital due to their practices.Do not be fooled by companies like this that appear to provide legitimate services — they are all fraudulent, registered offshore (in a well-known tax haven), and may even fabricate positive reviews from people who do not exist to maintain a good reputation. After learning about a consultant from "𝐌 𝐄 𝐑 𝐑 𝐈 𝐋 𝐋 𝐏 𝐀 𝐓 𝐇" informed me that it was a phoney organisation with no policy for refunding earnings. This team helped me get all of my money back.Overall, my experience with was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
