I’m okay with the grades. However, the report that you generated seems to be too simple as if I don’t message someone of your staff I won’t be able to identify what are the defects be… I mean thankfully your agents are responsive and helpful but it would be nice to show at least the type of defects on the report as it costs?
Really simple process to submit cards with ACE, and it’s great to keep track of the submission stage using their online dashboard. Grading from the UK always seemed like an expensive and lengthy process but I had my cards turned around in 10 working days using the premier service which I found to be very affordable.
The only let down for me (which doesn’t detract from the overall quality) is that the return presentation doesn’t feel special. The slabs are in a box with some packing paper. Well protected, but no grandeur. The price of maintaining an affordable and competitive service I suppose!

Ace Grading is the absolute best option out there for art collectors. how the slabs feel and the art match is truely outstanding. I’ve had many submissions and rarely they do deliver after the turnaround time. I have had an instance where my submission has no scanned images of my slab for my listings which was very disappointing and inconvenient. i got in contact with their support via instagram and was told it was an error and they apologise, that was pretty much it… All that aside i do genuinely believe this is the best grading company in the uk. Definitely worth a try if your sceptical :)
I can't recommend Ace Grading enough for anyone in the UK who wishes to grade their cards. The slabs are beautiful, and the Ace Labels match the cards really well. Aesthetically, Ace have the best final product. I've heard people call their grading harsh, with my own personal experience I've found them to be very fair. Finally the customer service is really helpful of you have any queries or questions about the procedure or service
Not only was this my first ever time grading a card but the service is incredible, I was kept informed at every part of the grading process, what stage it was in, I can’t recommend the service enough and what they are doing for many hobbies of meaning that people of the uk are able to access grading and authentication services without paying ridiculous upcharge costs because you got a good grade, here’s to many more slabs with ace and again thank you guys for making sure the experience was fantastic!!!!!, you’ve definitely got a returning customer from me!!!!
