Technician didn't show up on time. They give 2 hours window after 1 hrs 45 minutes wait I message the guy who suppose to come he said will take another 40 to 45 minutes. Means if I wont ask if the guy coming they would not inform me.

The representative was open about the necessary steps and how to proceed. He arranged for the required parts during our conversation. My partner and I are eager for the scheduled repair later this week.

Inaccurate Diagnosis by Technician

The technician misdiagnosed the problem with our dryer, failing to disassemble it or perform any diagnostics. We actually needed a new heating element. Another service attended to the repairs, replacing a faulty thermostat and addressing a blockage in the vent. This was more cost-effective and resolved the issue properly.

Do not use this company

This was the 7th appointment that I made that nobody showed up for. This company has no respect for anybody's time. I did not even get a phone call saying that the appointment is going to be rescheduled I had to call and find out why the person didn't show up and schedule another appointment. The company expects you to pay up front for services that apparently they will never render. After 7 appointments and seven no shows I really don't understand how this company is still in business. Do not use if you respect your own time because obviously they did not respect you as a consumer.

The man who came to fix my washer…

The man who came to fix my washer arrive on time and right to work. He was very pleasant and explained what he was doing. We had to schedule another visit which was fine. What really bothered me was the overwhelming number of e-mails from the company. Too many and I felt that I was being pushed to make decisions without the time to consider what I wanted and needed.

Samsung Dryer Repair

PULS Service, dryer repair, was easy to find online, scheduling a next day appointment was simple and confirmed within a couple of hours. Living in a rural area can be challenging to find timely, qualified repair technicians. The technician arrived in the scheduled time window, was polite, respectful and efficiently repaired the Dryer and returned everything to its place. The service is expensive but the convenience and quality provided, with next day weekend service was appreciated.
