Ace Sheds is absolutely top notch. An outstanding customer service and product experience. The website is very well designed, Wayne is incredibly quick to respond and every aspect of size/dimensions can be fine tuned to fit your precise needs. I wanted a shed that was taller than standard, and deeper than it was wide to fit precisely onto the prepared base. The precision was spot on, the delivery and installation by Danny and Will was super smooth. Warmly recommend.
Recently moved home and the shed that was left as insecure and not fit for purpose. Spent quite a lot of time looking at various options. Ace sheds are local to me and had good online reviews. Very easy to deal with. Had an install date straight away. Had an email on the day of install at 7am confirming what time the shed would be delivered and built. The installers were friendly and very quick. I think they had put the shed up in under 2 hours!I’m really happy with the shed, it appears to be good quality and built to a high standard.
Ace Sheds were fantastic! We visited their site in Ashford to get their expertise on what we needed, and were given genuine recommendations and not just pushed towards the most expensive options. When we ordered, their online questionnaire form is brilliant, and they followed up with a couple of questions about our specific access. The guys on the day of delivery were brilliant. Even in the pouring rain, they completed the whole job in 1h20, and answered all our questions on how to best look after the wood. Have already recommended to several people!
