Very easy to deal with and very accomodating with delivery and installation date. Was kept up to date all the way. The guys arrived on site early and did an amazing job in the pouring rain. Very please with the installation and the shed itself. Exceptional quality!
Website very clear and easy to use. We were able to order exactly what we wanted, the size, where door was and which way it would open. A much larger selection of sizes than other site so we were able to get the exact size. Very polite and professional staff took order on the phone. Good communication ahead of delivery and shed delivered and erected on date given. Very happy which the quality.
From pre sale advice, the on-line ordering and assistance with options on the base to the pre installation communication to the delivery and building of the shed was first class. The installation of the shed and associated guttering was very efficient and completed very quickly. There are just a couple of really minor points that are not perfect as two roof crews missed their mark and the windows, which look great, don't align by a mm or two, but these are really picky.We absolutely love the new shed and some of our neighbours have even commented on how nice it looks.Would recommend Ace Sheds 100%.
Shopped around for a while and wanted a sturdy shed. Ace sheds delivered and built our shed (build included in price) and I’m really happy. Pretty much the same price as one which would only be delivered and the materials used are excellent, although I did spec the thicker walls, doors and roof. Would definitely use again.
The online shed configurator was great and worked like a dream and the phone support was there when I had questions. The team installed the shed quickly and the product itself is excellent. Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you
