I received a wireless headset as a gift last year, and it was perfect for my needs. However, the plastic near the left ear cup started to crack and eventually broke, making it unusable. I contacted support, and after sending photos of the damage, they sent me a replacement. I received it last Tuesday, well-packaged and ready to use right out of the box. My experience with the support was truly excellent.
I'm really happy with this wireless headset — it’s very comfortable for long gaming sessions, and the noise-cancelling feature works wonderfully. The only downsides are that the headset is a bit large even at the smallest setting, and I wasn’t aware that a USB-C Bluetooth dongle is needed for the best performance. This can be easily fixed with a small adapter, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. Overall, I recommend it for its sound and comfort, just check the sizing and connector needs first.
I purchased this wired headset through an official distributor, and overall, it’s great. However, be sure to read the instructions before using it! I mistakenly thought the mini-jack was for connecting to a PC, but it’s meant for console use. If you try to use it with a PC, you’ll experience cracking and strange noises. The sound quality is excellent, but it can only connect to one device at a time. Also, the app is only available for mobile platforms, with no Windows version.
UPDATE: The support team confirmed they can't send spare parts but will send me a new headset, which is good. I really like this wireless headset; the sound quality is outstanding and the mic is excellent. However, the build quality is disappointing. After three months of use, I accidentally dropped it, and the plastic hinges broke, causing it to fall apart. For a premium-priced headset, this is unfortunate. The support team asked me to go through the retailer for assistance, leaving me with a non-functional premium headset.
Editing to note that my issue was resolved. These headphones offer good audio and ANC, with particularly impressive mic quality. However, the cushions on the ear cups and headband feel a bit flimsy. One of the ear cup cushions arrived with a scuff, and while customer support was slow to respond, they eventually offered a replacement or refund since it was under warranty (note that some models have non-replaceable cushions, which is unfortunate).
I’ve been using this wireless headset for gaming and streaming, and it’s absolutely amazing. The sound is crystal clear, the mic is very clean, and the comfort level is exceptional even after long sessions. You can hear every detail in the game, which makes a significant difference. Easily one of the best headsets I've owned.
I love these headsets. I purchased a model a couple of years ago, and the noise-cancelling and audio quality are impressive. They really help me concentrate during school and important gaming moments. Recently, my model had a strange issue where it wouldn’t turn on, although it showed it had power. The support team was eager to help troubleshoot and eventually replaced my headset. Their products are top-notch, and their customer service is excellent. I’m a customer for life.
