Just received my MacBook Pro M1 back after it completely stopped working. Initially, I took it to a major retailer, but they planned to replace the motherboard, risking my data and charging nearly £1000. I decided to try another service, which not only fixed the issue for less than half the cost but also ensured I lost no data and kept me informed throughout the process. This level of communication was very reassuring, and everything was done as promised. I can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly return in the future. Fantastic service.

Extremely poor service. I had them 'repair' my laptop's screen in August, but when the issue recurred in November, my experience was frustrating. They mishandled the collection, causing my laptop to be temporarily lost. After much back and forth, they claimed the damage was due to my handling, which I disputed. Although we agreed to resolve it amicably, I never received the promised offer for my laptop parts. After much chasing, it was returned with minimal damage, and my request for a refund was outright refused. The poor repair work and terrible customer service mean I will never use this service again.
I was so impressed with the kind, knowledgeable, and helpful service that I felt compelled to write a review. I brought in a 12-year-old iMac that was incredibly slow for a diagnosis. They advised me on the repair costs and offered a refurbished, newer iMac for a better price. I'm very pleased with my new machine.
