Words are misspelled in the course content. Dosages are wrong in the quiz. Poor course content overall. It looks like a grade schooler created this course. I took NRP and the quiz referenced a 3.5 GRAM baby. I wish I would have read the other reviews on this course prior to purchasing it.
excellent easy to use. customer service was amazing. the only issue i had was picking new cert or recert and that should be identified prior to registering. would HIGHLY recommend for ACLS cert. Customer service cleared up the issued in a timely manner with quick resolution.
The expectation was efficiency and 30-45 minutes. It took two and a half hours for the skills session only for ACLS and was the same as the full certification. Had I known that, I would not have wasted online time first. I have done recertification 4 times and I have never been to a worst, more inefficient course.
