Fun at Move It!

Booked the AcroPAD for my daughters at Move It, they absolutely loved it! There were staff to support and they helped both my daughters to get their back handsprings on their own, so absolutely worth the money for me!

Appropriate and clear instructions

Dan was very specific in giving my daughter appropriate instructions and helpful tips that helped her with achieving what she came with. In 10min she learnt aerial that she hasn’t been able to do before. Highly recommended!

Very Poor Service

We ordered our AcroPad on 3rd March 2025 and were told it would arrive in 12–14 weeks. Instead, it took 23 weeks, and the process was filled with delays, poor communication, and repeated mistakes.From the start, we had to chase for updates. Despite several emails through March and April, no tracking number was provided until 28th April — and even then, we were told it was still “in process.” By mid-May, tracking showed it would be another three weeks. From June, we were sent weekly shipping updates, but they were vague and unhelpful, with the shipment slowly moving from South Korea to Madagascar to South Africa — each time with ETA listed as “TBA.”Because of the delay, we requested two loan tracks for an event in early July. Unfortunately, they were sent to the wrong address and not delivered. We were then informed we’d have to pay a £30 redelivery fee, even though the error was not ours, therefore we didn’t pay it. When the tracks finally did arrive, no one informed us they were coming.As a pop-up club, having clear delivery dates is essential so we can arrange for someone to be on-site. Despite repeatedly asking for confirmed dates in late July, we were still given vague answers. On 1st August, we were finally told the AcroPad would be delivered the following Monday, but no time was given.The AcroPad eventually arrived on 6th August — nine weeks later than promised. Even the collection of the loan tracks was mishandled: the booking was forgotten, and when a courier finally came, they went to my house instead of the community centre (unsure where my house address came from).In short, the problems were: • 9-week delay beyond the promised timeframe. • Vague and unrealistic updates for months. • Incorrect delivery addresses used multiple times.I hope the product itself will prove worth it, but the service, communication, and organisation were extremely disappointing and far from professional.

Worst Customer Service Experience

The worst experience ever in purchasing equipment. Promised deadlines, came and went. Promised rentals never materialised. To top it all the order remains incomplete after nearly 7 months. All marketing and PR. Atrocious Customer Service.
