Worst experience ever. If I could give zero stars, I would. For a company that focuses on gift delivery, often time sensitive, they failed at the most basic expectation: delivering within the selected time slot. My chosen delivery window was 6am to 4pm, and they had the entire day to deliver. Instead, the item only arrived several hours after the promised time, which disrupted my plans and ruined the purpose of the surprise.
What made it worse was the lack of effective support. When I reached out close to the end of the delivery window, I only received generic updates that the order was “processing” and would be delivered within the time slot. There was no real tracking, no escalation, no accountability, and no local support for an urgent and time sensitive issue.
In the end, I disappointed my partner and was left feeling frustrated for trusting FNP in the first place.
Do yourself and your loved ones a favour: DO NOT USE FNP if you value peace of mind for gift delivery. The poor ratings are there for a reason, and even their replies to reviews look copy and paste.

I had a great interaction with Aina. I had some changes and questions for my order. She was able to help me so wonderfully and efficiently. I was able to place the order and cant wait for my family to receive their birthday order from FNP! Please give this employee a raise. Aina you are the best!
