I went to a gynecologist for a routine check-up. I need to do it every year to monitor any changes in my health. The insurance company refused to reimburse it, saying it’s a chronic condition and that it started before my policy began.
They also didn’t cover the required tests that the doctor ordered.
Good overall subscription experience. However, to make it better, it would be great if some of the field lables (Country of Origin, Country of Residence) had pop-up definitions especially as in these two, they seem to be used interchangeably.
I got the WHV insurance with them and it worked perfectly for me. Had to go for a couple doctor visits plus tests and had no issue with making the claim and getting refunded. I’m also happy with their customer service, they always replied to my emails quickly and offered helpful information.
