Ordered a toddler swing for my jungle gym climbing frame, order confirmation was good, no expected delivery date though. I did chase up delivery date after a week, (delays fully expected during Coronavirus lock down) I got a quick reply and Swing arrived the following day. all in all pretty good.
Service was second to none. Needed a slide to complete a garden project (which was keeping hubby occupied during lockdown)... Their advice was amazing as was the speed of service and they were very competitive on price. I would (& shall) highly recommend 😊
No communication about delivery but I have received at least 4 requests for feedback on the product.I phoned last week to ask for an approximate date and was told that they would phone back, alas they have not done so.I will update this review when the Jungle Gym has been delivered!A very prompt response to the above thank you.Will update again when it has been delivered.
I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received when ordering our climbing frame. I had a few questions and was encouraged to consider the options before I made the purchase which I did. I called on two occasions and it was a pleasure to speak with lady who helped me. Excited for the climbing frame to arrive! Will buy again from Active Garden and have already recommended to a friend.
