Very happy with the service received…

Very happy with the service received from Active Gardens and wouldn’t hesitate using them again... we ordered a Jungle Gym and Blue Rabbit Frame and the communication from order to delivery has been brilliant. Both delivered recently and look amazing! Thank you Active Garden!

Jungle Gym Villa - Brilliant product sold by brilliant company

I sent a query email to Active Gardens and within a couple of hours I had a comprehensive answer. I went ahead and ordered the Jungle Gym Villa with the wooden roof option. Despite the warnings on the order about delays due to Covid-19 it arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. The delivery was seamless. I had a discrepancy with one piece of wood, I sent an email (again the same person replied, Marinella) she asked for a photo and within the day she had confirmed that the company would send a replacement, it arrived 2 days later! Our 4 year old loves his climbing frame and slide, it’s big enough for us to sit up with him. I’m sure he will have many years of fun out of it. Highly recommend Active Gardens and Jungle Gyms

Decided during lockdown to build our 7 children a play area with Wendy house. Ordered lot's of components from Active Garden. Brillant price, fast delivery despite delays in deliveries. And items perfect for what we needed. Will definitely shop again

Blue rabbit pagoda

The climbing frame arrived on time over the easter period. The wood is great quality nice and sturdy. Our kids absolutely love it, hours of fun! We purchased the blue rabbit pagoda and although we thought it may be a little high for our 2 year old she mastered it in a matter of days! A big thank you to Marianela for answering all my questions and queries. Highly recommend
