I was left without a washing machine for over two weeks, and the agency confirmed that the landlord would not cover the costs I incurred at the launderette. If you're a tenant, be aware that the agency's interpretation of "acting accordingly" means leaving you without essential appliances for weeks while expecting you to pay for it. Their failure to fulfill basic legal obligations is matched only by their dismissive attitude. The issue was not just the broken machine but their complete refusal to take responsibility for the delay. I'm now out of pocket through no fault of my own. Look for an agency that truly understands its obligations.
