I’m a tenant of a domestic property and when I first moved in the estate agent was brilliant any problems it was sorted out quickly and efficiently after about 8 years he retired. Then the property was moved over to Adair Paxton anytime there is a problem it takes multiple phone calls to sort out. We’ve had more rent increases in two and a half years of Adair Paxton than 8 years of the previous estate agent.Without any much needed maintenance done to the property I know I’m not the only tenant that can’t stand dealing with the rude incompetence that comes out of the office ! I could rant about how bad they are but they don’t care. If I was a landlord I would avoid using this company at all costs!
