I got an assembly line operative job at Leyland trucks through Adecco in 2025, I had to do a drugs test which I passed, I was really excited about this job role thinking this is it, £16.00 an HR was the highest pay I've ever come across. I was there for 4 days then I was told I was not needed, I had a career wiped away and was gutted, 4 DAYS ain't enough time to warm to the company, how can you do that to someone? it's disgusting, I hope you're proud of yourself Adecco, you ruined my chances.The thing is Adecco if you offered me another chance at Leyland trucks I would look at it.
I applied for a job as a medical receptionist last month . I was interviewed, I did eleven (11) exhausting trainings , cleared for work , only to receive a call the next day that the client doesn't need me anymore. I couldn't describe my frustration because I had no job and I used all my efforts to land that job. All the training I was forced to do, Adecco withheld the certificates. Each time I call Rebekah, she doesn't take my calls after promising to get me another role. I just wasted two weeks of my time in Jan on Adecco.

She has supported me every step of the way and has been very involved, which made the experience feel personal and reassuring. I would definitely recommend contacting them if you are currently searching for a job. In the Adecco, Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire. Sam Jones has guided me through a hiring process with support I have never witnessed before. She was kind and helpful throughout the application and even offered practice for my interview which has grown my confidence and helped me better myself. I am so impressed with this!
