I contacted this company on 11.02.2026 and on the phone they promised me that for the amount of £713 an engineer would come, check the source of my water loss, repair and retest the system to ensure that I had no more losses. The engineer came on 12.03.2026 and after 4 hours of searching without success he left without repairing anything. The next day another £200 was withdrawn from my bank account for "access"??. Contacted Adileakdetection by phone they said they would make a report and send it.. a 100% fake report was sent after 4 days, a report that I contested with video/photo evidence showing that they did not find the source (I still have water leaks and a damaged wall, they did not repair and in addition I paid the amount of £966). The answer is AMAZING "we found the source and we won't come back until you pay again (another £966??????) I am now in the process of going legal, gathering all the necessary evidence to recover the money. This is not a serious company and is not recommended.Not happy at ALL with their decision .They take the money and they not accept reality.Do not let yourself be cought by their fraud!
Th e technician Mathew was simply superb. He arrived on time.Asked a few questions and explained the process of what he was going to do.
At all times he kept us informed of progress. He was professional in everything he did and upon completion of the detection followed this up with 2 phone calls to check that the repair had solved the problem
