Please exercise caution and avoid engaging with this service. They took the full payment and are not issuing a refund despite the trip's cancellation. Verify their license, as it has been revoked by the tourism authority. This person is capable of presenting a fake license to exploit travelers. Stay vigilant.

I made a complete advance payment of over USD 6000 for a holiday in Bhutan scheduled for late December 2025. Despite constant follow-ups, I received NO confirmed hotel vouchers and NO ground arrangements. As my travel dates approached with NO clarity, I checked with the listed hotels and found NO CONFIRMED BOOKINGS IN MY NAME. Due to this failure to deliver essential services, I canceled the trip and formally requested a refund. To date, NO refund has been processed, and the representative became uncommunicative and largely unresponsive, ignoring all my calls. The issue has been escalated to the relevant tourism authorities, who confirmed that this service provider is a BLACKLISTED OPERATOR and has been reported by many tourists who have been deceived. Local press has covered this situation. I have since found other travelers reporting similar issues with this operator. The information on the website is misleading. Based on my experience, I strongly advise travelers NOT TO engage with this operator, as they have been blacklisted by the tourism authorities and their license revoked.

I learned so much about the country, its culture, cuisine, and especially the PEOPLE. The scenery in Bhutan is breathtaking. I highly recommend this destination to everyone. Our tour from 2nd to 7th February 2025 was well arranged. The guide and driver took great care of us during our stay. At the end of our trip, the agency presented us with a traditional gift. I highly recommend joining their tour program.
The guide and driver were supportive throughout the tour, proactively suggesting alternatives when needed, such as adjusting meal locations due to time constraints. They were knowledgeable and clarified details when necessary. They were especially careful during hikes for safety. The only minor disappointment was the food, which didn’t vary much even with different dining locations.
