I’m not a big fan of ordering online, especially when there is no address visible or no contact phone number to follow up. But lider delivered in a timely manner. Tracking numbers would be nice to follow the order. I used them, because no one else could deliver the offroad tire size that I wanted. Can’t say the tires were a bargain, but could not source them anywhere else in Spain. Would use Lider again without question.
You're the worst company I've ever ordered tires from!!!! My order was placed on December 25th, and your website said delivery would be December 30th! Today is January 11th, and my tires still aren't here!!! I will never buy tires from you again because you are unreliable and unprofessional! I certainly won't recommend you to anyone. I will even discourage anyone from buying anything from you, and I will be careful because to this day, I don't know if this isn't a scam! Your team ignores everything I write! I received a response generated by Ei, and when your supposed employee responded, they didn't answer my question at all! So, my rating is -10 on a scale of 0 to 10!
Utterly useless. I’ve used Tyleader for years, but since the change of ownership this company has fallen off a cliff. What was once reliable is now a complete shambles.Communication is non-existent. You cannot speak to a real human being at any point — just a brain-dead AI response loop that repeatedly tells you to “check your account” for a tracking number that does not exist. To make it even worse, they openly admit that tracking numbers are only provided two days after delivery. That is hands-down one of the most ridiculous systems I’ve ever come across. A tracking number after delivery is completely pointless.The delivery date they gave was a flat-out lie. The tyres arrived four days late, with no warning, no update, and no accountability. And still no tracking number. By the time they eventually turned up, it was far too late — I’d already had to go elsewhere to get the job done because I actually need tyres when I’m told they’ll arrive, not whenever Tyleader feels like it.This company has clearly stopped caring about customers. The decline since the ownership change is massive and obvious. I will not be giving them another penny, and I strongly suggest others look elsewhere unless they enjoy being ignored, misled, and messed about
