It wasn't clear on the purchasing journey that fitting wasn't included in the price. Will stick to blackcircles as a smoother, more transparent service.

The courier service they use is below…

The courier service they use is below par. They don't send a notification of the arrival of the package. The courier signs for himself that he has delivered the package. Out of the 4 rims, one only has a rim protector. Thank God there was no problem with the rims, but if there had been, I wouldn't be able to complain because I didn't pick it up, the courier just dropped it off at my workplace.

Good quality tires but a messy delivery

The tires are good, the website is responsive and I got updates but the courier service they chose was not good. I ordered 4 tires, 2 of them delivered together and the last 2 tires came separately with two different courier services for three times.

Very slow delivery

Very slow delivery, it had improved in the last year but seems to have reverted back to old form. Also if you only need a single tyre to replace a damaged one they will add an additional €13 shipping.
