I made a $2,000 purchase on 2/18 and played through 2000 free SC that came with the purchase. Since then I have been unable to redeem any of my winnings despite having wagered nearly 5000 SC worth of gameplay, which is well over double what their own 1x playthrough requirement asks for. I have 497 pages of betting history that proves it.
I reached out to support on February 17th and have been getting the runaround ever since. The first response told me I simply hadn't completed the playthrough yet, which wasn't true. When I provided evidence showing otherwise, I was told it had been forwarded to "the relevant department." That was days ago. Every follow-up since has gotten me the same cheerful non-answer about still waiting to hear back.
It has now been a week, I'm stuck without the ability to redeem my rightful winnings, and nothing has been resolved. The support team is friendly enough but at some point friendly doesn't cut it when the actual problem never gets fixed. Would not recommend spending real money here until they demonstrate they can actually process redemptions properly.
I am a new player. I love that they have a lot of different games so you never get bored. They have very good deals for purchasing. I haven't withdrew yet but when I contacted customer service they were extremely fast at getting back to me. I am going to go now and get to there slots.

Like the casino so far only issue I had is it wouldn’t connect to one of my banks now anyone having an issue redeeming you need to use a computer as I kept getting the page that showed my bank was linked and then there is nothing to see here but when you go back to redeem on a pc at least it will show you bank in a drop down menu under the choice to pick card or bank withdrawal … this was not my only issue though they use coinflow and even though I have used coinflow with many casinos with my chime account this one linked my chime then the redemption was rejected by chime but chime said they never even had the transaction pushed to then was very odd it failed twice.. but I used another bank and this was near instant took. A few hours for $300 I referred my girlfriend and she won also! Great welcome package great customer service definitely take ownership of your issues. Thanks again hopefully they last

Finding the redemption process is flawed, as I am trying to connect my bank thru plaid, it says on my end connected and when it goes back to the site it isn’t connected on their end. This is my first time redeeming with Vegawin so I’m going to reach out and see what support can offer; will update when everything is smoothly completed.
I am extremely frustrated with the service, as they are making it nearly impossible to verify my address. Despite providing a bank statement, they have issues with my banking choice, which shouldn't concern them. Even though I have my driver's license showing my address, it's deemed unacceptable, along with state-issued mail. Unfortunately, the bills aren't in my name, and I use this bank. I've already proven my identity and residence, so I just want my funds released! This casino feels fraudulent, and there are plenty of other options available. Save your time and money!
I opened an account and redeemed $133 from the second package. Initially, I was skeptical about the legitimacy of the casino since instant redemption options aren't currently available. However, I continued playing and managed to increase my balance to $5,000. As it was over the weekend, I haven't received any updates regarding my withdrawal from the support team, which is understandable given that Monday was a holiday. I'm hoping to receive an email tomorrow and my funds by Thursday. My only suggestion is for them to implement instant redemption or expedite the bank transfer process, which would encourage more spending and referrals. I will provide an update once I receive my funds.
