Poor experience. I had rising damp on my walls. After contacting Advanced Damp, a survey was undertaken, which competently identified a likely lead of a hot wate pipe. A good report was produced. I then received an offer to damp proof my walls for multiple thousand pounds, but I wondered whether all the extensive damp proofing was required if simply the leak could be repaired. It seemed to be an expensive solution looking for a problem. When phoning them to explore this, suggesting we could start with repairing the leak, I talked to a Work Manager, who was going to look into it and phone me back very soon. Never did. I left a message on his answer machine, no response. I contacted the office, who promised to contact the project manager to call me back vey soon. Never did. So I went elsewhere, to Premier Heating, who sorted the problem within a few days.
