I dealt with Kate when I was looking for solar batteries, discussing different types. The batteries Kate told us about were important for us.I did some research and also checked out other companies. After this, we decided to get back to Kate and informed her that we'd get the batteries she recommended.The only problem we had was the batteries were going to be delivered on the Monday preceding installation.Tuesday the installation was due,installers arrived,no batteries.A couple of phone calls and we were told the batteries would be here before midday.It was all good now to go ahead,and completed on the day.Thank you to all concerned at advance solar.
