We tried Clay Shooting for the first time at Cloudside Shooting Grounds, Congleton - the venue and staff were warm and welcoming, and the scenery is amazing.Our voucher stated 'Private', so had expected 1-2-1 coaching, and while that was not the case (nine visitors to one instructor), it was far better being part of a group for the following reasons: two people firing 25 rounds each takes no time at all even if moving between traps; holding a gun for the first time is tiring so a rest while others fire is a welcome break; and there's a greater sense of camaraderie in a larger group.We didn't expect to be greeted with hot drinks, bacon rolls, or cake, but we were, all added to our overall enjoyment, relaxation, and time at Cloudside.Would thoroughly recommend to others.
All staff very welcoming and helpful pilot was very pleasant and we both enjoyed the full experience as neither of us had done this before I would highly recommend this once in a lifetime experience thanks to all involved for making this so enjoyable
Wowee, what a great experience today. The flight was really smooth due to the superb pilot. All of the staff are fabulous and great to see that they support the Air Ambulance with donations from the photos. Don’t hesitate booking this experience, great memories made today that will last a lifetime x
I initially was a bit apprehensive about trip but staff explained everything and I felt reassured. The flight was fantastic, great views over Lanarkshire with Glasgow on sight. I cannot recommend this experience enough. It was a great day and the staff are so lovely and friendly. 10/10
From start to finish the experience was brilliant and I was so proud to see an all-female helicopter ground crew being professional, kind, helpful and funny.Nicole was a pure joy and told us about the other experiences on offer.Our pilot Captain Tom was fabulous, a wonderful pilot, we felt so safe.
