Did not receive the full refund promised for my canceled flight. Initially, the representative only wanted to offer £2350 out of £3150! ...Hello!.....look up the definition of "FULL" in a dictionary!! They seemed to want a cut of my hard-earned money. I will never use this service again and advise others to do the same. If you value your money and want to avoid scams, stay away from this company! Not trustworthy!! To date, only £2950 has been refunded, leaving an outstanding balance of £250.

Initially, they only agreed to refund £2,300. After several calls, they refunded £2,800. They seem to be withholding my remaining £350 after confirmation of a full refund. I advise everyone to avoid this service.
